With a career in roofing that began at just 11 years old, Brett brings unmatched, hands-on expertise to his role as Director of Operations at Texas Roof Management INC. Starting as a laborer in West Texas and working his way through the ranks—mechanic, journeyman, foreman, and Superintendent—Brett understands the nuances of every position in the field.

Since joining the TRM team in 2016 as a reroof Superintendent, Brett has led crews on countless high-stakes projects, earning a reputation for uncompromising quality and safety. Today, as Director of Operations, he merges this extensive field knowledge with strategic oversight, ensuring efficiency from planning to completion. It is not uncommon to find him on-site, “getting his hands dirty” to ensure that Texas Roof Management’s high standards are met.

Brett is a specialist in BUR, Mod-Bit, PVC, TPO, Standing Seam metal, and liquid-applied membranes. Notably, he is Texas Roof Management’s Lightweight Insulating Concrete Deck expert, having developed the division from the ground up. His deep knowledge of logistics and field crew management provides unparalleled value to our clients.
