With over 9 years of dedicated experience at Texas Roof Management INC, Ian began his career as a service technician, where he developed a deep understanding of the company’s technical operations and has hands-on experience in all aspects of the Service department. Through the years, Ian has developed an extensive knowledge of commercial roof repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs for our clients. Additionally, Ian has led TRM’s rooftop safety department, providing OSHA compliant solutions for each facility’s unique safety challenges. Having spent his entire life in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Ian’s local roots have helped him build strong relationships within the community and gain a deep understanding of the region’s unique business landscape. As Service Manager, Ian leads with a focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety. His hands-on experience and technical knowledge continue to drive the success of the service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in the industry.
