Service Department Manager

As Texas Roof Management’s Service Department Manager, Michael has extensive experience with commercial roof repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance. Michael began working at Texas Roof Management as a Service Inspector and Estimator in 2015. Currently, Michael oversees our service technicians to ensure quality work and adherence to manufacturer repair requirements so clients can maintain their manufacturer’s warranties. Michael is responsible for estimating service bids and overseeing our service estimating team, as well as coordinating our roof inspection and roof asset management processes using industry leading software. Michael graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology.
