Plaza or Terrace deck systems consist of a waterproof roof membrane, drainage mats, filter fabrics and protection board to form a protected watertight system. Typically, this waterproof system is covered with either decorative pavers, tile or poured concrete. The roof over occupied space becomes a usable living space suitable for pedestrian traffic.
