- Only one roof in place
- Roof insulation is in good condition (DRY)
- Building structure can support additional weight (Structural Engineer must approve)
- New membrane must meet reflectivity requirements
- Benefits:
- Cost savings in foregoing tear-off costs
- Not required to meet the energy insulation codes
- Reflectivity is required
