SAFETY PROCEDURES
Commercial roofing work has inherent risks that must be properly managed. At Texas Roof Management INC we address safety by consistently:
• Training our team on proper safety procedures upon hiring and on an ongoing basis
• Maintaining training records and certifications of all employees to ensure all employees have appropriate safety training and certifications for each unique project
• Developing project specific safety plans that are approved by Texas Roof Management INC safety director before any work begins
• Communicating project safety plans to our team working the project
• Investing in safety equipment
• Inspecting our safety equipment and replacing as needed
• Conducting safety inspections of our projects by Texas Roof Management INC safety director
• Engaging a third party safety consulting company to perform project site inspections
• Requiring daily pictures and reporting from each job site for review of safety procedures
• Creating a “Safety First” mindset
